J.E.M Medical Aesthetics is a concierge aesthetics practice in Lake Tapps, Washington. Jennifer Witte founded it and is its only provider. The practice says it is not a medspa and sees each client individually.

Every visit starts with a consultation of about 45 minutes, priced at $175. If a client goes ahead with treatment the same day, that fee is credited to the treatment cost. Booking requires a $150 non-refundable deposit, which also goes toward treatment, and deposits can be paid by Venmo or credit card, with a 3.5% fee on card payments. The number of Botox units is settled together during the consultation. All sales for services already performed are final.

Botox is priced at $13 per unit and uses only Allergan's Botox Cosmetic, which the practice describes as having the longest FDA approval and being the most extensively studied neuromodulator. It is commonly used for forehead lines, glabellar lines and crow's feet, and can also address chin dimpling and masseter hypertrophy. Results usually begin within three to five days and become more visible by 10 to 14 days, with full effect sometimes taking up to a month. They typically last three to four months, and maintenance is planned for each client.

Microneedling is performed only with the Dermapen 4 device, which the practice calls a global leader in microneedling technology. It is used for fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, uneven tone and hair rejuvenation. Protocols typically involve three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, with results continuing to improve over three to six months. Clients use DP Dermaceuticals products for the ten days after treatment and can expect 36 to 48 hours of mild to moderate redness, similar to sunburn. Alcohol is to be avoided for 24 hours before and after. When both services are booked, microneedling is done first and Botox follows seven to ten days later.

Botox parties need a minimum of five participants and at least 2.5 hours, with 30 minutes added for each extra person. The deposit is $400 for five people plus $75 for each additional guest. Cancellations receive a full refund more than seven days before the event, a 50% refund within 72 hours, and no refund under 72 hours; one reschedule is allowed. The Glow Standard membership is $159 per month with a 12-month minimum, and it requires a $175 consultation and a signed agreement before benefits begin. Members receive Botox at $11 per unit, $150 off one single-session microneedling treatment each year (exosomes excluded), 10% off microneedling packages, two skincare counseling sessions with two full-size products a year, one yearly Glow Treatment, a birthday choice of neck and LED enhancement with microneedling or ten free Botox units, and priority access to openings without a same-day guarantee. Membership fees are non-refundable and benefits do not carry over to the next year.
