The studio asks clients to come to their appointment alone. If you expect to be late, notify the studio in advance. A $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes, and an appointment is cancelled once a client is 15 minutes late. Late arrivals shorten the service time and can run into the next booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling need notice by text at least 24 hours before the appointment. A cancellation forfeits the deposit. A no-call, no-show also loses the deposit, and a new deposit is required before another appointment can be booked. No refunds are offered.
