The Virginia Beach Beauty Bar focuses on nails, lash extensions, brow services and hair removal. The Hampton location adds a spa menu with facials and skin care, massage, body treatments, yoga and sound therapy, and salt therapy, which is offered only there. Hampton also has a dry sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi, plus four private massage rooms that each have their own jacuzzi. Facility use is sold as an add-on, one hour before or after a spa service.
Advanced treatments follow a consultation. The 15-minute advanced therapy consultation costs $35 and should be booked at least 48 hours before the first appointment, after which eligible clients receive a quote and pre-procedure instructions. Chemical peels require a consultation and a facial before booking, body sculpting and laser hair removal also start with a consultation, and facials are built after a consultation with products chosen by the esthetician. Body sculpting can treat two or three areas in one visit.
All services, including nails, are booked online with a paid deposit that is credited toward the appointment. An 18% gratuity is added at checkout to spa and nail services. Wine or champagne is complimentary with every appointment. The business describes itself as the best spa in Hampton for couples massage and reports more than 466 Google reviews, rated five stars.
Facials are created by master estheticians after a consultation, and advanced treatments are only booked once a consultation and pre-procedure instructions have been completed.
