Lash work has the most detailed terms. A lash fill can be booked within three weeks of the last appointment; a visit after three weeks is treated as a full set. A fill requires at least 40% of the lashes to remain, and large gaps or lashes that can be counted mean it does not qualify. Fills are charged by time, and if a fill would need more time than it allows, the client is asked to book a full set instead. The business notes that going more than 21 days between lash appointments is not good for natural lashes. It also describes its lash retention as the best, which is its own claim.

Booking terms: a $20 deposit is due at booking and is deducted from the total service cost. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment total, and a missed appointment is charged 90%. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule; otherwise services are fitted into the remaining appointment time if there is room, without delaying other clients.
