The Chanhassen location is on West 78th Street, easy to reach from Highway 5, with ample parking. The Carver location is in Suite 200 on Dahlgren Road, reached from Jonathan Carver Parkway and Dahlgren Road. Chanhassen is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 5:30pm, Wednesday from 9am to 7pm and Friday from 9am to 3pm. Carver is open Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 5pm, Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 9am to 3pm, and is closed on Wednesdays. Both locations are closed on weekends.

New clients can start with a 45-minute new client consultation. Anyone unsure which treatment suits them, including existing clients, can book a New Client Consultation to talk through goals and options with a provider. Treatment plans are customized to each client's goals. Dermal filler appointments usually take about an hour, and a topical numbing cream is provided for lip treatments.

The menu is broad. Laser hair removal covers the face, body and intimate areas and is priced by the size of the area, starting at $75 for small areas and reaching $300 for extra-large areas per session. The business says the treatment is nearly painless. Emsculpt NEO body shaping is priced after a consultation and typically follows four 30-minute sessions spaced 5 to 10 days apart, with no downtime. The shop carries Biote and Thorne products, and gift cards and memberships are available.
