Brazilian waxing is a core service, and the salon also offers Brazilian bleaching, which requires that clients have had a Brazilian wax or been shaved 48 hours before the appointment. Every service requires a deposit, which is non-refundable and can only be applied to an appointment rescheduled at least 24 hours before its time. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and arrivals 10 minutes or more late are subject to a late fee. The business is cashless, with payment by debit or credit card; tips for the waxer can be given in cash.
Clients can join a loyalty program and sign up for an email newsletter for waxing deals and product sales. The salon also sells skin and body care products online.
