Services and prices can differ between the two, so each studio's Square booking calendar is the place to check its current menu. Staten Island adds a $50 mobile service fee.

The lash menu includes natural and fuller extension sets, plus LED versions that use a light-curable adhesive and a dedicated light source. Brown shades are available on request and confirmed before booking. A one-time Barely There Lash Set covers roughly 50 to 60 percent of lashes in Manhattan, or outer-corner accents, and has no refills. The studio also offers Korean lash lifts, which reshape a client's own lashes without adding extensions, and a lash lift with tint and keratin treatment.

Brow services include shaping, tinting and lamination. Tint colours the existing brow hairs, and an exact colour match cannot be guaranteed, so shade and depth are discussed before tinting. Shaping cannot create hairs where none grow. Men can book brow grooming, tinted brow grooming and a men's natural lash set.

Permanent makeup services include powder brows, lip blush and removal of older permanent makeup. Removal uses a fruit-acid solution that breaks down pigment and is done over several sessions, with the number discussed at consultation. Partial removal of a brow tip, lip contour or eyeliner length is possible, as is removing a shade or shape the client no longer wants.

Free consultations can be booked through the website. Clients book online through the Square calendar for their chosen studio. Refills are accepted on lash sets applied by other artists when a clear photo of the current set is sent before booking. Clients should mention previous adhesive reactions, recent eye-area treatments or surgery, and any recent lash lift, and should remove contact lenses before treatment.

Anna Ivanovskaya also teaches. Private beginner lash extension training is offered in New York, with explanations in English or Russian, and advanced private training is available for working lash artists. A one-day in-person LED course is held in Manhattan or Staten Island. Training is booked through Lash Plus, which arranges the educator after purchase, so the session should be confirmed with Anna before payment. The training page notes that the educator may earn a commission on Lash Plus purchases made through its partner link.
