IV Concierge was launched in 2020 by co-founder Natalie Gailis, a Registered Nurse. The business describes its service as a mix of luxury, convenience and health support, says it has served more than 20,000 clients in Florida, and states it draws on almost 20 years of IV therapy experience.

Before any drip, clients complete a short HIPAA-secure online health form that the medical team reviews, then have a medical consultation so the amount of each ingredient can be set. Each client is assigned an RN as a personal concierge from start to finish. Booking follows four steps: choose the drip, have the consultation, a nurse comes to the chosen location, and the drip is given. In-office drips take about 30 to 45 minutes, while mobile drips usually take 30 to 60 minutes plus 10 to 15 minutes of setup. NAD and some high-dose vitamin infusions may take up to 4 hours. Clinic hours at all three offices are 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week, with on-site parking.

Mobile service is listed across Miami-area neighborhoods, including Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, South Beach, Wynwood and Miami International Airport, and in several New York areas. The New York treatments are described as following sterile, hospital-grade protocols with FDA-approved ingredients. Same-day appointments are offered. Group and private IV parties are available at homes, hotels, offices or events, with one nurse for every 3 to 4 guests, and event packages cover corporate wellness, race weekends, sporting events, festivals, conferences and private retreats.

Lab tests can be drawn by a licensed nurse at the client's location or at an office. No doctor's order or insurance is needed. Fasting is required before the CMP and lipid panel. Baseline Wellness results arrive in 24 to 48 hours and Total Wellness results in 48 to 72 hours, while certain tests report in as little as 30 minutes and a same-day COVID test takes about 30 minutes. Samples go to a partner laboratory, and results are interpreted for the client and sent by email with portal login. RT PCR testing, antibody testing, STD testing, food sensitivity and vitamin deficiency testing, and corporate or event testing are also offered. Most individual lab tests are listed at $50 each.

Wellness IV sessions are paid for directly and are not billed to insurance, though most qualify for HSA or FSA funds. Prices are posted up front with no hidden charges, and travel fees are added on top of the drip price. Listed rates are $325 for the Hangover IV Drip, $345 for the Myers Cocktail IV, $395 for the All-Inclusive IV Drip, $499 for NAD IV Therapy 250 MG, $599 for NAD IV Therapy plus ALL-IN-IV 250 MG and $799 for NAD IV Therapy 500 MG. Cherry payment plans are available with no hard credit checks, and 0% APR options depend on eligibility. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice carries a $75 fee. Same-day bookings can be cancelled within 4 hours at no charge, while missed appointments are non-refundable. Tipping the nurses is optional. Services are limited to adults, are not for emergencies, and are offered in English and Spanish.

Each visit starts with a medical consultation and a one-on-one discussion with a licensed nurse, who sets the ingredient amounts and builds a wellness plan for the client. Treatment frequency options of weekly, bi-weekly or monthly are set with the nursing team.
