The facial menu includes a Customized Facial at $100, a Back Facial at $75, a Chest Facial at $50 and a Dermaplaning facial at $75. Dermaplaning uses a sterile, medical-grade blade to remove dead skin cells and fine peach fuzz. Microdermabrasion sessions take 30 minutes to an hour and need no anesthetic, and it is listed at $100 as a standalone treatment or $25 as an add-on. Microneedling ($150) uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, usually with numbing cream, and Nanoneedling is $140. Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete forms, since late arrivals may have their service shortened. Clients who are sick, have a cold sore or an active infection are asked to reschedule, and should share any recent treatments such as Botox, fillers, lasers or peels. Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, taking Accutane or using prescription skincare should tell the aesthetician. For microneedling and chemical peels, clients are asked to pause retinol, exfoliants and acne treatments for several days beforehand, and to avoid waxing or depilatory creams for a week before dermaplaning or a peel. Coming with clean skin and minimal makeup helps, and intense workouts or saunas are best avoided one to two hours before an appointment.

Memberships and packages help regular clients plan ahead. The Glow Membership is $750 for 12 months of Customized facials plus a scalp treatment, a value the spa lists as $1,320. The Facial Punch Card gives the sixth facial at half off after five. The Grow & Glow Ritual pairs a 75-minute Customized Facial with a 45-minute Back Facial.
