The menu is broad. Nail work covers acrylics, dip powder, gel extensions, nail art, repairs and removal. The pedicure menu has five spa pedicures in regular or gel polish, plus add-ons such as French tips, paraffin wax and gel removal. Lash services cover classic, hybrid or wispy, and volume sets, with refills. Brow services include tinting, lamination, and waxing or shaping.

The pedicure menu includes a spa version that starts with a sugar-based exfoliant and a plant-extract foot soak, followed by a mask made with either collagen or volcanic clay. Each session ends with a massage using candle oil. According to the salon, files and buffers are new for each client, and metal instruments are sterilized between appointments.

A kids menu includes spa pedicures, gel manicures, polish changes and nail designs. Children must be supervised at all times and may only enter service areas while they are being served.

The salon guarantees work for three days from the service date. Repairs needed from normal wear are free, while changes to color, shape or design fall outside the guarantee and damage the client causes is charged as a repair. Services are non-refundable, so clients who are unhappy with their service should say so before they leave. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or moved to another time. Gift cards can be bought in person at the front desk in any amount.

The salon says all polish and gel it uses is non-toxic, HEMA-free and TPO-free, with no added charge. Clients who have had a reaction to a nail product, or who are pregnant, can ask to review the products before their visit.
