Extension work is the core of the business. Methods offered include traditional sew-in weaves, which can be blended with the client's natural leave-out, lace closure sew-ins for a protective style with a parting area, K-Tip extensions installed strand by strand without tracks, wefts or a braided foundation, microlink extensions for added fullness and movement, and individual extension rows that add three to five tracks for targeted fullness. Sew-ins typically last six to eight weeks with proper care and need touch-ups every four to six weeks, while K-Tips may need adjustments every six to eight weeks. Extension hair is matched to the client's natural hair type, texture and color, and the studio can discuss raw hair and premium virgin hair options based on length, texture, fullness and the final look.

Beyond extensions, the menu includes chemical services such as virgin relaxers, touch-up relaxers, permanent color, semi-permanent color and a keratin smooth treatment, which the studio states is formaldehyde-free. Silk presses come in three versions, a classic marcel flat iron press, a premium press with steam, mask and trim, and a healthy hair growth program that includes a first-visit assessment and a customized hair care regimen. Natural hair services include two strand twists, mini twists and a hand-set rod set, and add-ons cover deep conditioning, a scalp reset after extensions come out, a semi-permanent gloss, trims and haircuts.

Prices shown online are starting or general prices. Final cost depends on hair length, density, texture, extension method, how much hair is needed and the desired look. Extension hair, closures, raw hair and premium virgin hair may be priced separately unless included in an offer, and hair for sew-ins, microlinks and individual rows is sold separately, with microlink hair purchased before booking. Appointments may require a deposit that can be non-refundable and is applied to the service, and late cancellations, missed appointments or not following booking instructions may lead to fees, forfeited deposits or booking restrictions.
