The color menu runs from root touch-ups and all-over color to partial and full foil services, with toner included in the foil options. Custom partial color covers the hair from the ears forward and the entire hairline, while custom full color covers the hair from front to back. The salon describes custom full color as low maintenance, growing out seamlessly over four to six months. For clients on a regular rhythm, the stylist builds a color maintenance schedule, and root touch-ups are typically needed about six weeks after a color service.

Extensions are a major part of the work. Hand-tied extensions are sewn in using Hotheads hair in a beaded row method, and they can be booked as a mini row, an additional row or a first row, with the first row requiring a consultation. Tape-in extensions are also offered. Extension visits typically run two to four hours and include prep, a warm towel treatment, a customized hair mask, application, a haircut on the client's hair and the extensions, and styling. The cost of the hair itself is not in the service price and is quoted on the day of the consultation.

Haircuts and blowouts include a scalp scrub, head massage, warm towel treatment and style. A Brazilian Blowout is offered as an anti-aging hair treatment, and the salon says results are immediate and last up to 10 washes. The website also has an online shop with a Best Sellers section.
