Color is the largest part of the menu, with nine color services. These range from a 1-hour consultation for guests considering extensions or major changes, to regrowth refreshes, glosses, and custom all-over and foil color. The larger custom color services use foil placement that runs around the face and crown, through the top and sides, or across the entire head, and are finished with a custom gloss and a K18 treatment. The longest session, the Transformation Session, runs about seven hours and is meant for significant lightening, bold shifts, color correction, or matching extension color.
Curly hair has its own track. All new curly clients book the Curated Curl Experience, a two-hour visit with a consultation, curl assessment, customized haircut, curl education and a styling session, regardless of how much experience they already have with curls. Returning curly clients book a shorter Curated Curl Refresh to keep shape and curl in place. Children aged seven to twelve can book a Mini Curl Cut or Mini Curl Refresh.
Appointments are required, as walk-ins are not accepted. The studio asks for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and no-shows or late cancellations are charged the full service total. Emergencies are handled case by case, so clients are asked to message the studio about an unexpected conflict. Free parking is available in the lot, and guests can expect wifi, complimentary drinks and snacks. The studio is listed as kid friendly but not wheelchair accessible.
