Each appointment is booked individually, and a non-refundable, non-transferable $25 deposit is needed to hold a time. Appointments without a deposit sent at booking are canceled, and rescheduling requires a new deposit.
Closures and wigs are the core of the work. Pieces must be HD or transparent lace and are dropped off 48 hours before the appointment. Knot bleaching is offered only when it is booked for the appointment time, and the stylist recommends it for a melt effect. Bleaching and plucking can be added when booking.
The studio recommends several hair brands: Duvessa, Saga, Goddess Remy, Velvet Remy, Select Remy, Milky Way Remy (yellow pack), and Empire Dream Weavers. For hair length, it recommends two packs of 12-inch hair.
Scheduling is strict. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late have their appointment canceled. Same-day squeeze-ins are available for a $30 fee. The stylist does not work over another stylist's work.
Work is organized around advance booking, deposits, and lace prepared ahead of each appointment.
