The menu is built around manicures and pedicures in several levels, from a clean manicure or pedicure that uses regular polish or gel removal, up to hard gel manicures, full gel pedicures and medium-length extensions. Russian dry manicures are offered, done without soaking the nails.

The Four Hands service lets a client have a manicure and a pedicure at once, performed by two specialists. The price is the sum of the two services selected, and appointments run 60 to 120 minutes depending on what is chosen. Four Hands is booked through Instagram, while regular appointments are booked through Square Appointments.

Hygiene is described in some detail. Reusable metal tools are cleaned and disinfected in several steps using an EPA-registered disinfectant, then dry-heat sterilized in a professional sterilizer. Single-use items are never reused.

Listed hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the studio closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may mean a deposit or prepayment is required for later bookings, and a client who arrives late may have the service shortened to fit the remaining time. Free plaza parking with no time limit is available, though the lot can be busy at peak times. First visits receive 15% off. The website is in English, Russian and Spanish, and questions can be sent through Instagram, WhatsApp or email.
