The studio was started by its owner, who had been making skincare products for personal use for more than ten years before opening a space of her own. The business is a one-woman operation, and a grand opening launch was announced for December 3, 2023.
Visits begin with a consultation. The esthetician selects the products for each facial based on the client's skin type, and can adjust products for clients with special skin needs or concerns. Chemical peels also start with a consultation to choose the right peel, and each peel comes with a post-peel kit of cleanser, moisturizer and SPF. The studio aims for a calm, relaxing setting that uses sound, color and touch.
The facial menu runs from a 30-minute mini facial with massage and mask, through customized, microdermabrasion-style and demaplaning facials, to a 50-minute facial designed for teenagers. Body and hand treatments, nail care, Reiki and sound bath sessions, and a full range of waxing are also offered, including Brazilian, leg, underarm and brow combinations.
Booking is done online, and service availability is not guaranteed and can change without notice. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 or more hours' notice; shorter notice, same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a 50% fee that must be paid before rebooking. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and the full price is charged. Gift cards are sold only at the studio, are non-refundable, expire one year after purchase, and can cover one treatment or product per visit. Minors under 16 need a parent or guardian on site, and Brazilian and bikini waxing have age limits. Waxing clients should come showered and sober.
Each facial is customized to skin type after a consultation, with products chosen at that time.
