Visits are built around each client. Appointments are meant to feel relaxing and personal, with attention to detail, cleanliness and professionalism, and with services adjusted to what each client needs and how comfortable they feel. Shalonda also talks clients through skincare and maintenance so that results last between visits.

The waxing menu runs from quick touch-ups to longer sessions, including eyebrow, lip and chin, underarm, belly button and below, full face, half leg and Brazilian waxes. The vajacial treatment is done after a Brazilian wax and does not include one. The Smooth & Glow Combo pairs a full Brazilian wax with a vajacial in a single 60-minute visit for $130.

Booking comes with set rules. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, a $20 late fee applies to late arrivals, and anyone more than 15 minutes late is cancelled with no exceptions. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments and no-shows forfeit the retainer, carry a fee of 25% of the total service cost, and require a new deposit to rebook. Several services need a deposit ahead of time. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
