The menu centers on injectable treatments and skin procedures, with consultations offered for most of the medical and body-contouring options so clients can talk through their goals before booking a treatment.

Every new client receiving a medical treatment completes a short virtual pre-screening through SpaKinnect before the first visit. The screening costs $30, is valid for one year and takes about ten minutes. Services are offered in English and Spanish, and children are not permitted in the spa.

The spa's stated aim is to help each client leave feeling more confident about their skin and themselves, through a plan built around that client and a personal, gentle approach to each procedure.

Hydrafacial sessions come in Signature, Deluxe and Platinum versions. Add-on treatments for the scalp, lips and eye area are offered in the same category. Microneedling is available alone or with PRP or PepFactor, and typically takes several sessions. The spa also offers PRP hair restoration, which is a three-step process of drawing blood, processing it and injecting the platelet-rich plasma into the scalp.

Deposits and cancellation rules are strict. A 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of booking for all services, a credit card must be on file, and cancellations need more than 48 hours' notice. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late, when the provider cannot still see them, are charged as no-shows. Deposits, services and retail products are non-refundable. CareCredit financing is accepted, subject to credit approval.
