A visit begins with intake and a skin consultation with an aesthetician before any treatment is chosen. Consultations are with licensed estheticians, and a free consultation can be booked through the website. A first visit typically takes 60 to 90 minutes. Treatments are tailored to skin type and goals, and clients leave with personalized aftercare recommendations. For longer-term work, the studio can build a custom skincare plan, and it offers Anti-Aging, Pigmentation and Acne and Sensitive Skin protocols that pair in-studio treatments with skincare products.

The facial menu includes the Deep Glow Facial, a 60-minute facial at $249 with exfoliation, extractions, a lifting massage, customized serums and LED light therapy. The Sculpt & Tone Facial, $269 for 60 minutes, combines facial massage with radio frequency or microcurrent. The ISHA Hydration Facial, $229, focuses on dry, dehydrated skin. A Gentleman's Refinery Facial at $229 is designed for men's skin and includes extractions and massage. The Acne Rescue Facial, $249, uses manual extractions and healing treatments for breakouts and congestion. A Back Facial is also available at $249.

Advanced services include a Customized Chemical Peel, 45 minutes at $229, that uses pharmaceutical-grade acids. ISHA Advanced Microneedling is a 60-minute session at $350 that includes skin analysis, numbing and a soothing infusion. Microneedling with exosome-based serums or with salmon DNA (PDRN) is $550 for 60 minutes. PRP plasma therapy, $650 for 75 minutes, uses platelet-rich plasma drawn from the client's own blood. Hair restoration microneedling with PRP or exosomes is a 75-minute scalp treatment at $650. Body services include body contouring at $350 for 30 minutes, which uses ultrasonic cavitation and radio frequency with lymphatic stimulation, plus cryotherapy sculpting and EMS muscle sculpting, each $350 for 30 minutes. Cryotherapy sculpting is offered at Coral Gables and EMS muscle sculpting only at Miami. Street parking is available in front of the Coral Gables studio.
