New clients begin with a new care consult, a 1.5-hour visit that includes a shampoo, conditioning, a blow dry and two to four complimentary braids. Returning clients who have been seen within the last four months can book lower-priced versions of several services.

Visit length depends on the service and on hair length, density and condition. Drying under a hooded dryer can take 45 to 90 minutes, and total time runs from about 1.75 to 4 hours. Add-ons such as a protein treatment, hair detox, scalp exfoliation, a trim or a style haircut must be booked with a full service. Detangling is the exception and can be added when hair cannot be fully detangled beforehand.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of $29, which is applied to the final cost. The appointment is confirmed once the deposit is paid. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Payment is taken by card or cash, and services are offered to ages 8 and up.
