Booking comes with a few policies to know. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee, and cancellations with less notice are charged half the scheduled service value. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full, fees go to the card on file and must be settled before future bookings, and clients who no-show are not eligible to rebook. Deposits of $30 to $75 apply to many services.
