The studio is run by its founder, who does every appointment herself and works on natural nails only. Acrylic, dip powder, tips and extensions are not offered. Manicures and pedicures are done dry with an e-file rather than soaked. There is no shared foot basin, and massage is not part of the pedicure. Instruments are bagged and sterilised in a hospital-grade autoclave, and each sealed pouch is opened in front of the client. Only one client is worked on at a time. Pedicure treatments use professional Israeli cosmetics.

Clients can send a photo before booking to get advice or an exact price. Clients with thinned, sore or overlaid nails are welcome at the same price, though the appointment takes longer. The founder explains what to expect from the nails and what can be done now compared with what has to grow out, rather than quoting a set number of weeks. Any work beyond what was booked is explained and priced first, and is not done or charged without the client's agreement. Every coated manicure includes a hard gel overlay, and gel removal is free when the previous set was done at the studio. Problems reported within 7 days are corrected or redone, though the studio does not promise how long a set will last. The studio describes itself as a cosmetic studio rather than a clinic and does not diagnose. It does not treat fungal toenails or apply colour over them, and refers those clients to a podiatrist.

Booking takes a 50% deposit by card, which holds the time and comes off the total price. A deposit is fully refundable or can move to a new time at no charge when the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 24 or more hours ahead. Within 24 hours, or for a no-show, the deposit is not refundable. Approved refunds go back to the original card and usually take 5 to 10 business days. Credit and debit cards, cash and Zelle are accepted, and a credit card surcharge of up to 3% may apply and is shown before payment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the service or require rescheduling. Gift certificates are offered in set amounts or any amount from $25 to $1,000, with no expiry date and no fees, and are not refundable. According to the studio, it has won the United Beauty Award for Best Beauty Studio and reports a 4.9 star rating from 73 reviews on Google.

Work is done dry with an e-file rather than soaked, with the skin worked on and the nail plate left alone, so the shape is built on the client's own nail.
