The facial menu is broad. It includes a teen facial that is explicitly not an acne treatment, a facial designed for men, a dedicated acne treatment, a rosacea and sensitive skin option, and a vitamin C treatment for hyperpigmentation. Peels are available in pumpkin and natural chemical versions, along with diamond-tip microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, a Hawaiian skin glow facial, a detox facial, a signature lift and a back facial. Galvanic current, ultrasound for product absorption and eyebrow tinting can be added to a treatment.

Permanent makeup for brows and lips is a major part of the menu. Brow options include microblading, microshading and a combined microshading and microblading session, while lip permanent makeup is offered as a first application and as touch-ups. Touch-up pricing depends on how long ago the first session was, from about one to two months out to nine to twelve months out, so clients can plan their follow-up visits.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, chest, abdomen, back, bikini, Brazilian and lower legs, as well as lip, eyebrow shaping and face threading. Eyelash extensions are also listed among the services.

Booking has a few set rules. Cancellations need at least 48 hours of notice, and shorter notice carries a $20 fee; a no-show is charged the full booking deposit. Appointments are confirmed by message two business days ahead. New clients fill out a form and have a consultation, which counts toward the appointment time, so late arrivals may not get the full service. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and only the person receiving a service may be in the treatment room. Gift certificates expire one year after purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. Payment is accepted by Quick Pay, Zelle, PayPal and cash on the day of service. The spa is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and can be reached at (773) 656-6970 or irisesthetics@gmail.com.

Each client's skin is assessed before any treatment is chosen, and new clients go through a form and consultation as part of their booked time.
