The Austin location is inside Dolce Blu Eyelash Studio at The Domain, where services are offered on Thursdays only with Candice Ugalde.

The Pflugerville room is open Monday and Tuesday from 2:00 to 6:30 PM, Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Thursday from 2:00 to 6:30 PM, Friday from 12:00 to 3:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The Austin room is listed as open Thursdays from 2:00 to 6:30 PM. When clients arrive, they text the salon from the car or the waiting area so they can be approved before going in, then wait in the front seating area. Clients should arrive on time and may not bring anyone along. Waxing works best after about 10 to 14 days of hair growth. Facials begin with a skin analysis and include a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions if wanted, massage, a custom mask and moisturizing.

Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice through the link in the confirmation text or email, and a charge for the full service applies if notice is not given. Arriving more than seven minutes late forfeits the appointment and triggers a no-show fee. Semi-permanent brow bookings require a $100 nonrefundable deposit, run about two hours, and need 72 hours notice for changes; a 50% charge applies for changes made 72 to 24 hours ahead, and the full amount applies inside 24 hours. New clients with a previous tattoo or microblading must send photos before booking, and if approved an additional $100 covers the old pigment. Semi-permanent brows cannot be booked during the week of a major holiday or on Valentine's Day.

The business also runs training for professionals. A one-day brow shaping and wax course is $899 and covers measuring, shaping and waxing. Brow lamination and wax costs $1299 as a one-day course without tint or $1899 over two days including tint. Brow wax shaping and tint is $1099 in one day or $1699 over two days, and airbrush brow spray tint is $999 in one day without waxing or $1799 over two days with waxing. Courses require a $300 nonrefundable deposit and are open to professionals and to students in cosmetology or esthetician school. One-on-one brow training is also available. The salon describes its brow wax shaping and tint course as its most popular service for years.

Brow work starts with measuring so that shape and color are placed precisely, and clients are asked to mention any anti-aging or acne skincare products they use or change before skin and wax services.
