Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. The salon is closed on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The color menu runs from regrowth and gray coverage to full and partial blonding, toners, glosses, color correction and vivid fashion shades. Longer color services are priced by scope, and a consultation is required for new clients and major changes such as color correction or going much lighter or darker.
