About

The spa says it builds its work on realistic expectations and transparency. Each client starts with an initial skin analysis and an in-depth consultation, and treatments are recommended according to skin type and concerns. The spa also states that it does not guarantee results and that skin reactions to treatments can vary. It says its estheticians are licensed, and that its staff has more than a decade of experience.

Acne care is one of the main areas. Options include a basic acne treatment with blue LED or high frequency, an inflammation acne treatment with Plasono plasma therapy, an Herbal Organic Peel, blue light therapy and microdermabrasion. A four-session Plasma Z course is offered for severe acne. Facials range from enzyme and hydration treatments and oxygen with hydrogen therapy to dermalinfusion, microcurrent and radio frequency lifting facials, and 24K gold collagen facials. Several facials are also sold as multi-session packages.

Semi-permanent makeup is performed by California-licensed staff. Microbladed brows usually last one to three years, and ombre powder brows usually last longer. Combined microblading and ombre powder is also offered. Eyeliner is available as a bottom liner, classic top liner or volume top liner, with a touch-up within 30 days, and top and bottom liner together are listed at 5% off. Clients with earlier permanent makeup may face color correction fees. A 3D hairline semi-permanent tattoo includes one touch-up within a month.

Laser hair removal is priced per area, from $40 for chin, upper lip and sideburns up to $250 for full legs, with some areas priced per unit. Medical spa services include PRP with microneedling for hair or face, microneedling with Rejuran or exosomes, Ultherapy, Botox and Mesobotox, a plasma pen treatment, laser tattoo removal and skin tag removal. Botox appointments need at least one week of notice. The spa describes Ultherapy as FDA-cleared.

Booking terms: a $50 deposit holds the appointment for first-time clients, deposits can be paid by Venmo, and payment plans are offered. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and a $50 no-show fee applies, with a possible loss of the deposit. Facials and body treatments are for guests 18 and older. Clients aged 13 to 17 may book a teen facial with parental consent, and a parent must stay on the premises. First-time visitors are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete an intake form. Clients are asked to silence their phones during treatments, and a gown is provided. Refunds are not offered on bookings, deposits or balances. Packages expire one year after purchase and cannot be refunded, exchanged, substituted or shared, and management may adjust packages if needed.
