Walk-ins are welcome as space allows, though appointments are recommended and can be booked online. Clients can enjoy complimentary drinks during their visit. Anyone unhappy with a service is asked to say so before leaving so the team can adjust it. Before a service begins, clients should disclose any allergies, infections or health conditions. Personal belongings stay with the client, as the salon is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Pedicures make up a large part of the menu. The Classic Pedicure, at $32, covers nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, and a light massage with a warm towel, finished with regular polish. Higher tiers add a sugar scrub with callus remover, a mask and paraffin, and longer massages. The iPolish House Special, at $75, is the top option and includes a volcano crystal soak, collagen treatments, a paraffin and hot stone treatment, and a choice of the Volcano Spa or Volcano CBD package. Manicures start at $22 for the Classic Manicure and move up through the Charming and iPolish House versions, which add scrubs, masques and paraffin.

The salon says its gel polish can last up to two weeks. If a manicure chips or lifts within five days, a free repair is offered, but that guarantee excludes broken nails, heavy-duty tasks, beach outings and knocks from accidents. Pricing depends on the nail design and length chosen. All sales are final, with no refunds. Gift cards have no cash value and need to be shown when the service begins. Guests arriving more than ten minutes late might be asked to book again.

The salon says it uses higher-grade products for its manicures, pedicures and waxing, and it adjusts services when clients speak up before leaving.
