Visits are one-on-one and by appointment, booked online through the studio's booking page. The studio describes its aim as offering hair services in a clean, quiet and welcoming room with individual attention, with healthy hair as the goal. Color is customized to each client's skin tone and lifestyle, and most color appointments take roughly three to four hours from start to finish, though timing can vary. Haircut prices for exceptionally thick or dense hair may be adjusted for the extra time involved.

The menu runs from haircuts and styling and blowouts, including a roller-set blowout, through root touch-ups, all-over color, refreshing highlights for maintenance and subtle dimension, and custom highlights or balayage. Glow Refresh, at $250, combines a consultation, a root touch-up for up to 1.5 inches of regrowth and a precision haircut. Luxe Glow, at $450, adds customized balayage or a related technique such as foilyage, babylights or ombré, a toner or gloss, and an Olaplex treatment.

Private in-home haircuts and styling are available by request in select Upper Manhattan locations, starting at $225, with final pricing confirmed before booking to reflect service requirements, travel and preparation. The studio also provides in-home hair services for weddings and special events. For clients unsure what they need, a $50 consultation lets the stylist talk through hair history and goals before confirming a service, and that deposit is applied to the final color balance.

The studio focuses on personalized consultations and on hair health, with color tailored to each client's skin tone and day-to-day life.
