Intoxicating Injections

The practice operates under Lisa McFadden Cockrell RN LLC, using the Intoxicating Injections name. It is located in the Roosevelt Historic District of Phoenix, and clients can reach it by phone at (602) 777-1401 or by email. Hours run Monday from noon to 6 pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 10 am to 6:30 pm, Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm. It is closed on Sundays.

Dysport is offered for both new and returning clients, with separate booking options for each. New clients have a 30-minute consultation followed by 15 minutes of injections. Returning clients have a shorter 15-minute consultation before the same 15 minutes of injections. Dysport is priced at $4.20 per unit with an estimated 50 units per area, and treatment is applied to the upper forehead, the brow furrow and the crow's feet. Injections start at $210 per area.

Filler injections use Restylane products and can be used in the lips, cheeks, jawline and other areas. Each appointment includes a 30-minute consultation and numbing before 30 minutes of injections. Filler is priced at $475 to $495 per syringe.

For anyone who wants to talk through options first, there is a 30-minute consultation-only visit at no charge, with no treatment included. Clients who may want to go ahead the same day are asked to book a Dysport or filler appointment instead, so there is time for the treatment. Appointments can be booked online through the practice's Square booking page.

Treatments are provided by a registered nurse who specializes in cosmetic injections, with a consultation built into each booking.
