The menu is entirely waxing and runs from small facial areas such as the nose, upper lip, ears and eyebrows, to larger areas such as the full face, back, arms and legs. Intimate options include a bikini line wax, a full bikini wax, and a Brazilian wax, along with bundles that pair underarms with a bikini or Brazilian service. A Jelly Mask can be added to any bikini service. The Full Face Wax can be customized to the client.

The eyebrow service includes a brow consultation, then trimming, waxing and tweezing, with witch hazel applied afterward to calm the skin. The studio describes its aim as making every client feel safe and comfortable, and says it is a judgment-free space, which it frames as especially relevant for intimate services that many people find intimidating.

The Riverside studio does not offer full bikini or Brazilian waxing to clients with a penis or scrotum. The business states that its EWC Riverside and Corona locations have specialists trained in those services for those clients.

Booking is online, and the studio asks for at least two hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. After three last-minute changes or no-shows with less than that notice, online booking is paused and future appointments need approval. New clients who miss an appointment cannot rebook, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling all or part of the visit depending on availability. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final once sold.

The studio aims to keep every client feeling safe and as comfortable as possible, and it presents itself as judgment free for intimate waxing.
