The studio's philosophy centers on education, transparency and treatment plans shaped around each client's goals, lifestyle and budget. It says integrity matters most to it, and that it does not upsell services or products a client doesn't need. Its stated philosophy also includes individualized care, science-backed methods, holistic wellness, continuous innovation, body positivity and self-care as a form of empowerment. The menu is broad. Facials include hydrating enzyme, relaxing, anti-aging, dermaplane, microdermabrasion, microcurrent skin tightening, Glow2+ oxygen, LED light therapy, back, beard, deep pore with a chemical peel, and a mommy to be facial with belly treatment. Chemical peels range from a Level 1 superficial peel with little downtime to the VI Peel Advanced, which the studio describes as medium-depth. Microneedling is offered as Collagen Induction Therapy using the AmieaMed Exceed BioTouch Precision device, which the studio says is FDA-cleared for facial wrinkles and facial acne scars. The Skin Classic treatment uses high-frequency technology, without lasers, for minor irregularities such as skin tags, milia, cherry angiomas, sun spots and broken capillaries. Before peels, clients complete a medical history intake and consent form and disclose medications and medical history. Consultations come first for many services: a skincare and treatment consultation lasts 20 minutes and results in a tailored plan, while a Skin Classic consultation runs 15 minutes and its fee is deducted from the treatment price. New clients book through the website or the Vagaro booking page, or by phone only with a voucher; established clients can book by phone. A valid credit card is required to book. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $25 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be charged the fee or have their service shortened. Walk-ins are not currently accepted, though same-day appointments are often possible with lead time. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Retail products and service packages are final sale, and packages and memberships must be completed within three months of the first appointment.
