Each client receives a treatment plan shaped to them rather than a standard menu. Services include neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport and Daxxify; dermal fillers used to plump wrinkles, contour the face and smooth lines; Sculptra Aesthetic, which prompts the body to make its own collagen; radiofrequency treatments for skin texture, laxity, acne scarring, cellulite and stretch marks; and laser treatments, including Lumecca Peak for redness, brown spots and spider veins and Diolaze for hair reduction. OptimusMax brings several treatments together in one tailored appointment, and hormone replacement therapy is offered for menopause symptoms and for low testosterone in men.
Visits are by appointment only, and appointments should be booked ahead. First-time clients should arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to complete new client forms, and returning patients may also need forms. Medical history is requested, including allergies, medications, pregnancy, heart conditions and high blood pressure. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows carry a $150 fee that the office may waive. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to rebook. Treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and pricing can change with notice to clients. Payment is by cash or major credit card; personal checks are not accepted.
