Color is the salon's main focus. Specialties listed include ombre, balayage, color melting, multi-blend color, fantasy shades, color-balance glossing and foils, plus color correction, which is priced per hour. Skin services use Eminence Organic and Aesthetic Science products in customized facials that include a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, massage, a mask and finishing products. Ultrasonic facials use low-frequency sound waves to lift away dead skin and debris while hydrating and toning. The Deluxe UltraSonic adds a Gua Sha massage and one chosen treatment, such as Celluma Pro LED, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, enzyme enhancement or radio frequency. Other options include Celluma LED light therapy, dermaplaning, several chemical peels, and ProCell and Exceed microneedling, priced per treatment per section. Tox and filler treatments require a complimentary consultation and are priced by section.

Visits are booked with a valid credit card and a non-refundable booking fee that is applied to the treatment on the day of the appointment. The salon asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of a service longer than 30 minutes incur a full-price fee. Treatments and prepaid packages are non-refundable. Gift certificates are available, custom packages can be built for any spa or salon service, and a 20% gratuity is added to special events and parties. The salon says it has won multiple Readers' Choice and Official Community's Choice awards for the Metro South and South Shore regions.
