The menu runs from a classic manicure and pedicure up to spa pedicures built around named treatments. Those include a lavender pedicure with an aromatherapy foot bath, a green tea version with an exfoliating step, a milk and honey version with a milk bath and honey polish scrub, a lemon lime version with warm citrus salt exfoliation, and a hot stone pedicure using heated basalt stones with essential oils. Gel, SNS and gel color options are available for both hands and feet, and Gel-X and BIAB builder gel services cover new sets and fill-ins.

Clients book online by choosing a service, a technician or Any Available, and a date and time, and online bookings are confirmed within one hour. A free Make a Reel add-on adds 15 minutes, during which a short video of the client's nails is filmed with their nail artist, and both may post it. Children 12 and under have their own menu, and free stickers are offered to kids. Gift cards are sold only at the front desk during business hours.

Waxing covers the lip, chin, brows, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and back or chest, with prices starting at $11 for lip and rising to $60 for full leg and Brazilian bikini. Foot massages built on reflexology and acupressure run from 10 to 30 minutes, and a 20-minute massage without a pedicure is available by appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and later changes and no-shows are charged the full service price. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late are treated as no-shows.
