Acne care is the studio's core. The Clear Confidence acne consultation takes 30 minutes and costs $75; first-time clients need to book it before their first acne treatment. The acne treatment is a 45-minute facial for breakouts, congestion and inflammation, and it is often done as a series alongside a home routine. A back version is also offered for breakouts on the back. For women who get ingrown hairs after waxing, there is a 45-minute bikini-area treatment for ingrowns, irritation and congestion, and a 15-minute post-wax add-on that includes high frequency, a hydro jelly mask and an ingrown prevention oil.

Brow and lash services use semi-permanent color and lifts with aftercare kits. A brow lamination takes about an hour and fifteen minutes and includes shaping, tint and a kit, with results lasting six to ten weeks; a maintenance visit comes three to four weeks later. Lash tints last two to three weeks, and a lash lift with tint takes two hours with results lasting six to ten weeks. Lower lash lift and lash lift maintenance are also available.

The waxing menu runs from small areas like lip, chin and ears to half and full arms, legs, back and chest, and women's bikini and Brazilian services. A full body wax for women takes an hour and includes several areas. Full face excludes brows.

Clients are asked to put any medication or topical treatment changes in the booking notes. A card on file is required to book. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours notice, with a late fee of 50% of the service price. A no-show, meaning no contact before or within 15 minutes after the appointment time, is charged 100% of the service price. Payment is accepted by card, cash or Venmo. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, and closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

Abby Roach works on acne at its source with corrective skincare and guides clients toward a routine for clearer skin at home.
