Inspire is a group of nine private beauty lofts that share one address on West 5th Avenue in Columbus. The website places the location in Grandview, Ohio. Each loft is independently owned and run, so the provider you book with determines the services, hours and prices you see.

Cassie McNeal founded Inspire with the aim of creating a safe, clean and empowering space where women can develop their artistry. The collective describes itself as a group of beauty experts offering luxury esthetic services.

Visits are by appointment only. Booking hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 am to 3:30 pm, Wednesday 10 am to 4 pm, Thursday 10 am to 6 pm and Friday 10 am to 4 pm, with Saturday and Sunday closed. Individual lofts list their own hours, which can differ.

Inspire Academy offers permanent makeup and fine line tattoo courses, covering fine line tattoo, ombré powder brow, nano brows and lip blushing. Course prices start at $500, and dual class bundles are available. The two-day fine line tattoo course moves from theory and equipment on day one to live model training on day two. Graduates receive a certificate of completion, a professional starter kit, a training manual and eight weeks of ongoing mentorship.

Built as a set of independently run lofts at one address, with a focus on clean, safe spaces where women can build their craft and training.
