Visits start with a consultation, which is required before any new patient begins a treatment plan. Consultations are complimentary and can take place in the office or through a virtual consultation tool. Payment plans are available, and online booking runs through a PatientNow page.

Injectables include Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify, used for relaxing facial muscles and softening lines. Botox sessions take 15 to 30 minutes and typically include one treatment with a follow-up two weeks later. Dermal fillers include Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, Redensity, Vollure, Voluma and Volbella, and Kybella is offered for submental fat.

Energy-based options include SkinPen, Vivace RF and Virtue RF microneedling, IPL Photofacial, ResurFX skin resurfacing, Photofractional and CoolPeel. Ultherapy is a non-invasive laser-based treatment that uses ultrasound imaging to stimulate collagen for lifting and tightening skin on the neck, chin, brow and upper chest. A session takes about 1 to 2 hours or more, most patients need only one, and results typically appear within 2 to 3 months. Ultherapy is generally suited to patients 30 and over with mild-to-moderate skin laxity, and it is recommended two months after dermal filler in the same area. It does not duplicate the results of a surgical facelift.

The HydraFacial uses a patented device to exfoliate, cleanse, extract and hydrate the face in about 30 minutes, with no downtime. The business describes it as one of its most popular treatments. A consultation comes first to review medical history and goals, and pregnancy, active rashes, sunburn, rosacea and open wounds may make someone a poor candidate.

The Inside Out Academy, which also runs an Injectables Academy and an Aesthetics Academy, trains people in injectables. The Botox and Filler training program is two days, with the Botox course first; the Botox course costs $2,899, or $6,500 when registered together with the filler course, and an advanced one-day filler course costs $2,500. Trainees need an RN or advanced medical degree and receive a completion certification. Training includes anatomy and physiology lab work, dilution and injection technique, business planning and hands-on injecting, and one-on-one aesthetician training is offered in Scottsdale.
