The salon describes itself as offering high quality nail services with exceptional customer service. It says its products are made in the USA and FDA approved. It uses EMA monomer liquid for acrylic application and removal, and states that EMA monomer is approved by the FDA and the Board of Cosmetology for nail enhancements.

Booking requires a credit or debit card on file and a signed authorization form, physical or digital, for no-show protection. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes incur a fee of 50% of the requested services and require rebooking. Arriving 15 minutes or more late counts as a no-show and requires a new booking, and no-shows are charged 100% of the booked services. Cards are charged only when one of these conditions applies. Payment at the visit can be made by any credit or debit card or by cash.

The salon also sells eGift cards in $25, $50, $75 and $100 amounts or a custom value. It offers desk rental for licensed nail technicians, who are asked to contact the salon to discuss it.
