Inner Spa was founded by Sharon Cross, a registered nurse, with colon hydrotherapy as its signature service. Cathy Agasar bought the spa in 2011, and in 2019 she and Dr. Jerry Agasar combined their practices into Agasar Family WellCare at Inner Spa.

The products used in treatments are natural and organic, and the spa avoids products containing chemicals, synthetics or animal testing. Hours are by appointment: Monday through Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 2pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm.

A colon hydrotherapy visit begins with a full health history in the first session. Water is infused slowly over roughly 40 minutes of fills and releases, using FDA-registered closed-system equipment and individually packaged, single-use sterile supplies. Each treatment room has a private bathroom, a treatment table, a sink and seating. The spa suggests general cleansing may take 5 to 8 sessions over 3 to 4 weeks, while a deeper cleanse may take 10 to 15 sessions over 4 to 8 weeks, and monthly maintenance sessions can follow the initial series.

Beyond colon hydrotherapy, the menu includes body wraps, ionic foot baths, sauna and bath therapies, massage, BrainTap and heart rate variability evaluations. First-time guests are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, and a non-refundable deposit of up to $75 is required for first visit appointments.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a change fee, with a 50% charge for shorter notice and a 100% charge for no-shows, and changes must be made by calling the office rather than by email or text. A $30 late arrival fee applies, and the full treatment time may not be guaranteed. Credit card payments carry a 4% processing fee, while cash and most checks do not. Package services cannot be transferred or shared.
