The studio is laid out as a calm room that engages all the senses. Depending on client consent, a session may include sound therapy, organic aromatherapy and crystal energy alongside the skin treatment. The studio describes itself as a healing sanctuary and describes its treatments as clinically backed, using pharmaceutical grade skincare. Those are the studio's own claims.

Treatments are built during the session rather than run from a fixed script, so the work adjusts to what the skin and the client need that day. Clients who are unsure which treatment fits can start with the Inner Peace Ritual, the studio's suggested custom facial.

Chemical peels and microneedling are not offered to first-time clients. Both require a prior consultation or treatment history, and microneedling is done with the Candela Exceed device, topical numbing and LED light therapy. An intake form must be completed before any first appointment. Appointment requests are subject to approval, and the studio asks clients to give notice for changes, since late cancellations and reschedules carry a fee.

Treatments are customized during the session and do not follow preset protocols, with energetic healing techniques offered alongside established skin care treatments and product lines.
