The studio was co-founded by Kenza and Zain. Kenza leads the artistry as founder and Master Artist, while Zain oversees operations, strategy and client support. The menu is grouped into brow services, lip services, paramedical services, other services, consultations and touch-ups and refresh sessions.
A visit typically begins with a consultation: a free 15-minute virtual session or a 30-minute in-person session with the Master Artist. The full package adds a one-on-one consultation, detailed mapping with color matching, the procedure, an aftercare kit with a step-by-step guide and a complimentary touch-up at 6 to 8 weeks. Numbing cream is applied for comfort during brow, lip and freckle work. Brow and lip color take about 4 to 6 weeks to fully heal, when a touch-up is usually scheduled, and results typically last 1 to 3 years for brows and 2 to 3 years for lips.
Booking ahead is required, so drop-in visits are not possible. The $50 deposit cannot be refunded, but it is credited toward the final cost. Arriving 20 minutes after the appointment time triggers a $50 fee. To keep the deposit when changing or cancelling, the salon needs at least 48 hours' notice. Clients must be 18 or older and cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding. Anyone who has taken Accutane within the past 12 months is ineligible. Prices can be requested by sending a message, and camouflage work is quoted individually after a consultation. Financing is handled through Cherry, which does not run hard credit checks, with 0% APR options available depending on eligibility.
