Ink & Renewal works from a suite on Avocado Avenue in El Cajon and welcomes clients from throughout San Diego. The studio has two main areas: restorative tattoo and skin treatments, and custom spray tanning.

The restorative menu includes areola restoration, which covers 3D areola tattooing, areola camouflage and correction of earlier areola tattoos. Camouflage tattoo blends scars and stretch marks into the surrounding skin using pigments matched to each client. Inkless revision works on scars and stretch marks without adding ink, using medical-grade serums and a tattoo machine. Pixie Powder is an organic exfoliating treatment aimed at dark scars and hyperpigmentation.

Every restorative treatment starts with a consultation, which is required before booking. Virtual consultations run 30 minutes and review skin, goals and treatment history to determine candidacy. Topical and secondary numbing agents are available. Most restorative work takes one to three sessions, with areola restoration typically needing two. Scar camouflage is generally done on scars at least 12 months old, and inkless revision on scars at least 6 months old. Final results develop over four to eight weeks, sometimes up to twelve. Areola restoration is usually scheduled about 12 months after surgical healing is complete.

Signature Tan is a custom spray tan matched to skin tone, undertone and the depth the client wants. In-studio sessions are priced at $60 and mobile sessions at $85. Each appointment includes a personalized skin consultation, a custom color formula, aftercare guidance, disposable garments and a finishing powder, scented or unscented. With proper aftercare, a spray tan typically lasts seven to ten days. Group tans suit bridal parties, birthdays, girls' nights, photoshoots and special events, with a personal color consultation for each guest and pricing and host perks based on party size.
