INK&GLO was founded by owner Jordan, who wanted a space that reflected passion and purpose. The studio is small and works one-on-one with clients, so no additional guests or minors are allowed at appointments. Services are by appointment only, and the studio is closed on Sundays. The first session costs $650 and runs about three hours. Booking requires a $100 deposit that cannot be refunded, and it is credited toward the total price. A topical lidocaine numbing cream is applied before the session. A touch-up of roughly 1.5 hours is included at the 4 to 6 week mark. Past INK&GLO brow clients can schedule touch-ups every six months through the booking site. Touch-ups performed elsewhere are charged as a first session. Consultations are included within the appointment time. Cancelling or rescheduling a session within 48 hours incurs a $50 fee. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean the appointment must be rebooked, with an added fee.

The natural brow and lash menu includes brow lamination, which sets brow hairs to appear fuller and thicker and lasts about 4 to 6 weeks, and brow lamination with a softly filled hybrid tint, which lasts about the same. Hybrid tint on its own deposits color on the brow hairs with a soft stain on the skin, for a sheerly filled look that lasts 2 to 4 weeks. Wax and fill covers trimming, shaping, waxing, softly filling and setting the brows with gel. A lash lift and tint is a semi-permanent curl set with a silicone rod and lasts about 4 to 6 weeks. Brow and lash packages are offered with or without a brow tint.

Mariah also handles hair, offering haircare, styling and treatments, with a focus on dimensional blondes and rich brunettes.

The studio says its mission is the most hyper-realistic results, and that it focuses on client experience, safety and a high standard in cosmetic services. The stated aim is to enhance natural beauty and help clients feel their best in a welcoming setting. The team is growing, and booth rent or commission arrangements for artists are available by inquiry.

Training is offered for professionals. A four-day cosmetic tattoo course includes live model practice, skin types, pigment selection, sanitation, machine hairstrokes, ombre shading, combination brows, client consultation and business skills. A two-day Brow Fundamentals course covers brow waxing and shaping, brow lamination and tinting, and lash lifts, and is designed for cosmetology licensed professionals or people currently enrolled in cosmetology programs. One-day and three-day personalized shadow training follows a curriculum set in advance and includes a take-home BrowBible handbook, a mini product kit and lunch. Full training students receive a full-size professional kit and the BrowBible handbook.
