Injection Theory opened in Scottsdale in April 2025. The clinic describes itself as a premier aesthetics practice focused on non-surgical total facial rejuvenation. It is co-owned and led by Kaitlyn Louchheim, who serves as Medical Director, and it uses FDA-approved injectables and medical-grade skincare.
The practice's approach centers on subtle enhancement, facial balance and long-term skin health, with a personalized plan for each client. Treatment plans are shaped around a client's goals and timeline. The first step is a complimentary consultation, which can be booked online or arranged by calling or texting (480) 608-9781, and texts usually receive a reply within 24 business hours.
Skin Theory is the skin health line. It combines laser technology, collagen stimulation, medical-grade skincare and, when medically appropriate, prescription care filled through an outside pharmacy at the patient's cost. Treatments run on the Quanta Chrome laser platform, an Italian-engineered multi-platform system, and may combine several technologies. Options include a carbon laser facial, pigment and redness correction, RF microneedling, and erbium laser resurfacing, and they may address adult acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, melasma, sun damage, enlarged pores, fine lines, acne scarring and hair thinning. Skin Theory is organized into four levels: Light for refreshing and maintenance, Tone for pigment and redness, Duo for tone and collagen, and Reset for erbium resurfacing. Laser series are recommended for the best results, and laser pricing assumes full-face treatment unless discussed otherwise. Skin Theory appointments cost $50 for members and $100 for guests; visit fees are non-refundable and cover the provider consultation, a personalized skin assessment and a customized plan. Skin Theory serves patients from Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Arcadia and North Scottsdale.
Injectable services include Botox, Dysport, lip flips, lip filler, Juvederm-based dermal fillers, Sculptra, SKINVIVE and VybeRF microneedling. Botox is described as an FDA-approved neuromodulator used for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet and other areas, aiming for natural-looking results that keep normal expression. Botox is priced per unit at $11.50 for members and $13 for guests, and Dysport at $3.85 and $4.35 per unit. Results from Botox typically last three to four months, with softening within a few days and full effect around two weeks. Filler starts at $799 for members and $899 for guests, and lip filler starts at $699. Sculptra is a biostimulant that builds collagen gradually, and SKINVIVE is an injectable skin booster for hydration and texture. VybeRF pairs microneedling with radiofrequency energy and is $630 per session for members and $699 for guests, or $1,700 and $1,950 for a package of three.
The Theory Membership costs $79 per month and includes member pricing on services, a monthly skin planning credit, one complimentary B12 injection each month, 15% off retail products, and member pricing extended to family and friends. First-time clients receive membership pricing on their first visit, and custom packages are available. SkinMedica peels are offered as Illuminize and Rejuvenize, at $99 and $190 for single peels for members, and SkinMedica medical-grade skincare can be purchased through an online shop and shipped.
The practice favors understated results that keep a client's features looking like themselves, aiming to balance the face while supporting skin health over time. Each treatment plan is shaped around the goals a client brings to the appointment.
