A first visit begins at the front office with paperwork, followed by medical imaging to record a baseline; those images go into the patient's chart unless the patient chooses otherwise. A consultation with an aesthetic consultant covers concerns and options and usually lasts about 45 minutes to an hour, longer when treatment happens the same day. The clinic says about 90% of consultations lead to treatment on the first day. Patients who are treated sign consent forms and review their health history with the practitioner, while those who are not treated leave with a written treatment plan and quote. Complimentary consultations are offered, and visitors can book online.

Comfort is a stated focus. Veins can be mapped with AccuVein before treatment, Doppler ultrasound is used during treatments, and Pronox is available for pain relief. Patients can also use a weighted blanket and a distraction device during appointments, and receive bromelain tablets and pineapple juice to take home afterward. CoolSculpting sessions include snacks and refreshments, and the CoolSculpting rooms are private with a 65-inch smart TV. Patient reviews on the site describe the staff as kind, accommodating and attentive, and the clinic as clean.

The clinic runs an in-house Institute that offers accredited courses for practitioners, and its providers keep training there and at courses around the country. It says it hosted and trained under Doctor Steven F. Weiner in ultrasound use for aesthetic injections, and worked with Doctor David Saadat, who curated a cadaver anatomy course for injectors. The clinic states it is a Master Certified Practice and a CoolSculpting Certified Practice with Master Certified practitioners. CoolSculpting Elite is listed starting at $270, with prices varying by area; full treatments of up to three visits are offered for one standard price, with limitations. TheraTox is listed at $11 per unit.

The clinic says many of its treatments are exclusive techniques created and patented by its founder, and describes ArqueDerma as focused on repositioning and supporting facial tissues.
