The downtown lounge is open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM, and walk-ins are welcome for IV therapy, though booking ahead is recommended. The space has soft music, a coffee and tea bar and massage chairs. Before any IV or injection, clients complete a waiver and an assessment by the RN caring for them, and topical numbing spray can be applied for comfort during IV starts. Free in-lounge infusion consultations are available, and they can be requested by text or phone.

Mobile visits take IV therapy and injections to homes, hotels, offices and events. Licensed RNs and paramedics from the medical team carry them out every day between 8 AM and 8 PM, and most visits last roughly 45 minutes to an hour.
