Infuse is a small, nurse-led practice. IV therapy and injections are given in a private room at the Edina office by a registered nurse, and the practice does not bill insurance but accepts HSA and FSA cards.
IV infusions usually run 30 to 60 minutes and intramuscular injections usually take about 10 minutes. The IV menu runs from a 100% Hydration formula of fluids and electrolytes to named blends such as Detox, Glow Getter, Immune Boost, Migraine Magic, Myers' Cocktail and Revitalizer, plus an NAD+ infusion. Injections include several B-vitamin options, glutathione, vitamin D, amino multiplex and lipotropic blends. Formulas may be tailored when clinically appropriate.
A clinician reviews each client and writes a prescription where that is medically suitable. Medication is dispensed by a pharmacy holding a state license, and the monthly shipments include needles and other injection gear. There are no long-term contracts and no in-person visits are required. Blood work isn't needed to begin, but it becomes necessary 60 to 90 days in and again every year after. Compounded versions of semaglutide and tirzepatide have not been approved by the FDA.
Hormone therapy comes in two programs. The women's program uses estradiol, progesterone and testosterone for perimenopause and menopause symptoms. The men's program uses testosterone, enclomiphene, anastrozole and hCG therapy with lab monitoring. Each hormone is billed as its own monthly charge, and labs are required for any testosterone protocol.
Peptide therapy is matched to goals including weight loss, energy, gut health, recovery, longevity, sleep, body composition and sexual wellness. Peptides are prescribed only when clinically appropriate by a licensed provider and shipped monthly through the client portal. Creating a portal account is free with no obligation; the client checks out, completes a medication questionnaire, and a licensed provider reviews the order before it ships. Office hours are Monday to Friday by appointment and weekends for private events only, and lab draws are by appointment, typically weekdays from 8am to 2pm.
A nurse-led practice focused on personal care, with a health history review before the first service, tailored formulas when clinically appropriate, and ongoing support after the plan is set.
