The studio's only service is scalp micropigmentation, a non-surgical cosmetic procedure in which small pigment deposits are placed in the scalp to give the appearance of thicker hair. Most SMP work is done over two to three sessions. The first session typically runs three to seven hours, the second usually follows two to four weeks later, and a third may be suggested about two months after that for final adjustments. Only one client is scheduled per day, and a free consultation is offered to talk through the treatment privately and confidentially. Men's top-up treatments are recommended every three to five years after the initial sessions, and a separate touch-up session is priced at $1,000.

The studio describes its results as natural and undetectable. Scar camouflage can be done with the hair shaved or kept longer, and the business states that camouflage of up to 90% is possible for some scars, depending on their extent and type.
