Booking is available online at any time and each appointment is confirmed by email. Walk-ins are seen after booked appointments rather than ahead of them. Groups must book a separate appointment for each person and note the other person's name in the booking comments. Nail art requests belong in the booking comments, and clients can also email a photo or call the salon for a specific color or design. Cancellation and no-show fees apply regardless of the reason, and the salon may decline service to anyone.
Services are not performed on nails with open sores, fungus or bacteria, following California board rules. Clients with nail conditions other than healthy nails are asked to see a doctor or podiatrist and bring a doctor's note. Children must sit in a stroller or remain calmly in their own chair, and anyone not receiving a service should not accompany a client. Service animals are welcome, while pets and emotional support or comfort animals are not permitted.
Gel removal is allowed a 30-minute window and acrylic or dip removal a 45-minute window, and removals use the soak-off method. Manicures and pedicures include complimentary polish, and several tiers add steps such as sugar scrub, paraffin wax and a foot mask as the service grows.
Work follows California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology rules on nail health, and clients with nail conditions beyond healthy nails are referred to a doctor or podiatrist first.
