Each professional runs their own business, handling their own appointments, scheduling, pricing and services, so clients book directly with the provider they want. The owner's view is that independent beauty professionals do best when they have room to grow their own businesses. The space is meant to feel calm and clean, a place where guests can unwind. Children must stay under the direct supervision of an adult at all times. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, may be charged a cancellation fee of up to the full scheduled service, set by the individual provider.

Skin services include chemical peels from ZO Skin Health, GLO and Skinceuticals as well as peels of other compositions, micro-needling with dermarollers, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, facials tailored to each client's goals, IPL, nano-fractional laser resurfacing, red and blue light therapy and skin tightening. Body contouring and cellulite reduction, along with waxing across the body, are also offered. Personal consultations are available to talk through med spa goals and treatment options.

On the beauty side, hair services include precision haircuts, custom color, dimensional color and balayage, and hair extensions. Master barbering is offered, along with eyelash extensions, professional makeup artistry, nail services, permanent jewelry, tattoo artistry, microblading, and permanent makeup for eyeliner and eyebrow designs. Retail skincare, including products used in facials, is available to take home.

Each professional is self-employed and runs their own business, with the freedom to grow it on their own terms.
